Mahin Delara

I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Midwifery and Maternal and Child Health from Shahid Beheshti University in Iran. I bring over 15 years of midwifery experience from Iran, where I attended more than 2,000 births. In 2020, I joined the International Education Midwifery Program in Canada and have since continued my midwifery journey, attending nearly 200 births in Canada.

Alongside my clinical experience, I have a background in health education and applied health sciences. I am passionate about health education, evidence-informed practice, and helping families feel informed, respected, and supported throughout their care journey.

I feel privileged to be part of the Luna Midwifery Care team. I value compassionate care, collaboration, and building trusting relationships with clients and their families. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I appreciate the opportunity to work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals and contribute to the well-being of parents and newborns.
